Our Salon

  • We have undertaken a thorough review of our in salon and services.
  • We have carried out a thorough risk assessment for the premises and the staff.
  • We have arranged the salon to best adhere to social distancing measures
  • Salon sections will be cleaned systematically after each client.
  • Gowns and towels are single use therefore will be fresh every client this is avoiding plastic waste but maintaining hygiene levels for each individual.
  • We will provide adequate ventilation in salon where possible (weather dependant.
  • We will endeavour to reduce numbers to a minimum in salon to encourage social distancing to the best of our ability.
  • We have client details stored to ensure if anyone reports a case of Corona virus we can contact any clients in the building at the same time.


The team

  • All team members have been trained to care for the customers in a safe, hygienic and professional manner
  • All staff will be wearing the necessary PPE to protect our clients during their visit.
  • Staff will adhere to social distancing where possible in communal areas.
  • Staff have been briefed on self-assessing their health and to not attend the salon if they or they are experiencing symptoms of corona virus.


Our professional services

  • We have a spacious salon and therefore have plenty of movement to avoid contact with other clients.
  • In salon consultations will take place at a section, health and safety guidelines will be followed as all other services.
  • We can accommodate vulnerable or elderly clients in quieter times in the salon please ask a member of staff if you require this service.


Client arrival and reception

  • We will ensure social distancing is followed and minimal contact to other clients is reduced where possible.
  • All clients must attend their appointment alone. Please ensure that this includes your children and prior arrangement can be made if you need a chaperone for medical/social reasons.
  • All clients are welcome to continue to use sanitizer on arrival. Clients are not permitted to wear gloves during their visit following recommended guidelines we recommend that regular hand sanitization/washing is followed instead.
  • Masks are not compulsory during your visit to us.
  • You will be escorted to a section upon arrival to avoid traffic at reception
  • We will have reading material available or feel free to bring along your own.
  • We will serve all drinks in disposable cups or please feel free to bring your own cup and we can fill it or refill it for you!


We ask you the customer

  • Please only arrive at your allocated time no earlier and promptly, please arrive with little or no luggage to reduce trip hazards.
  • No food cannot be consumed on the premises. Please do not bring food with you during your visit.

Cancellation policy.

  • Please cancel any unwanted appointments 48 hours before. We ensure clients receive a text reminder if you leave a mobile number, any missed or changed appointments after this time will incur a charge. Please speak to your stylist regrading this charge . We appreciate sometimes things come up but we will charge all last minute cancellations or missed appointments and a new deposit will be required to secure another appointment.
  • Please contact us as soon as possible to rearrange your appointment to avoid a loss of earning to the salon if, you or your household are displaying symptoms or are self-isolating our cancellation charge will still be applied.
  • Any cancellations outside of this will incur a charge of £20 for cut and blow dry services and £40 for colour services if you book online this will increase to 50% of the booking cost.
  • We understand that sometimes things come up that cant be helped but last minute cancellations and missed appointments are a big financial disruption to us therefore this charge will not be waivered under any circumstances.
  • We are more than happy to discuss any concerns you have and are hoping that you will feel confident and reassured you are in a safe environment.
  • We cannot alter our policy’s and therefore advise that if you feel at all unsafe or uncomfortable in the salon at this time we understand you may want to postpone your visit for longer.

Skin testing

  • All new clients or clients that have not visited within 6 months of their last colour will have to arrange a time to have a skin test 48 hours prior to service. We also ask any clients that may have had recent reaction to any skin treatments or tattoos also have a skin test. If you have suffered from a serious reaction to Covid-19 we would also advise a new skin test.
  • We cannot treat anyone under the age of 16 with Colour and therefore would skin test.
  • This test will have to be done in person on site but is a 2-minute job that clients can call ahead to pop in for this test. No colour service will take place without this test.
